This is the best Moe's location I've been to. The chips were fresh (usually Moe's chips seems stale to me), and the salsa bar was filled. The salsa bar is the draw for me, I think. Several varieties, self-serve, and a nice range of flavors. I also like the queso here, but the side is ridiculously tiny. The Homewrecker burrito was good - better flavors than Qdoba but not as good as Chipotle. The place was clean, busy, and playing classic rock at a good level.

Another Qdoba and Chipotle-like place that fails to deliver on taste. I was hoping for more, and while the food was decent, it was bland in comparison to other fresh Mexican/American places. Odd decor (look alike celebrity contest winners adorn the walls) and cheesy stereotypical "Mexican American" music mixed with best of the 80s didn't help the atmosphere much, although hardly any chain places like this have great atmosphere. The salsa bar is a great idea, and I made a couple of trips to test flavors. The rest of the food? Dry chicken, bland guacamole with an "I've been sitting out all day long" taste. The rest of the burrito was bland, with very little flavor or spice. As another reviewer said, there is no comparison with other places; Qdoba has it, Moe's burritos don't. I might go back to give it a second try, but with so many other choices I could easily pass as well.

service was good and staffs were very friendly. but food tasted pretty bad. it's similar to chipotle in that you can choose what goes in or out. but the taste is not even close. i would rather eat at taco bell....but seriously...

Bad service & bad tasting food. They seem to try really hard to be like Chipotle, but not even close to it. I hope they bump it up a notch.

When they first opened it was really good...but I have not been impressed lately. When you walk in they shout at you and I know it's suppose to be a greeting but it's alarming. Plus no one is looking at you... They just scream and that's it... I like Q better...

Tasty food for a quick stop for a nice lunch. Homewrecker burrito is the bomb, and the Nachos were very filling. You might not have to eat for the rest of the day. The staff always yells, "Welcome to Moe's" when you come in the door. The drink machine has so many options it can make selecting a drink mind boggling, yet still fun. Have been here twice and enjoyed it both times...!!!

Always love us some Moe's but this place was horrific! We stopped by this past Monday on the way to Ann Arbor and somebody must of got drunk and forgot the closing procedures from the night before. We got there just past 11 am and there were crumbs on several tables, the floors under at least 8 tables were filled with critter snacks and the soda machine was sticky yet slimy with several fruit flies a buzzin'. I blame that on the closing crew from the night before. What I don't blame on the closers was the service. Our order taker actually told my wife and daughter that they'd have to wait while she was explaining the process to a new employee. Really? "You're going to have to wait a bit"?...put in just those terms and just as rude as it sounds. We get it, train folks, but make sure we are a part of it and not in a hurry. A very disappointing visit to Moe's!

Don't show up at nine forty they'll treat you like you ruined our night and will short you on menu items no rice no sautéed vegetables. Told her it was still open she said we close in 15 min. Too late to cook . This place sucks and I'll make sure gm knows as well

The obvious comparison here is Qdoba. However there is no comparison to Qdoba here at all. Moe's is a ton better (but let's not make this just about comparing). First thing I love is the ability to order online. I hate waiting in lines and the ability to just walk in, get your food and leave is a huge plus for me. (It's farther than Qdoba for me but the overall trip takes no time at all -- For the record Qdoba has this but they suck at looking at the place where those orders come in). They have your average run of the mill tex mex food choices. Their portions are larger than normal and they have a ton of choices for toppings. Their ingredients also appear to be much fresher than other places. They also have a ton of people working all the time. The few times I have gone in without ordering online, I have been able to get through the line with no troubles what so ever. I really do appreciate that. I guess to put it bluntly, if Qdoba is Subway then Moe's is Jimmy Johns. Better in practically ever way.

If you like Moe's you'll like this place. It has all the typical Moe's things like all the lovely toppings and then the salsa bar. If you've never been to Moe's it's like Chipotle and Qdoba... It's just different.

Better burrito than Qdoba but not as good as Chipotle. It's your basic burrito setup, they have guacamole which is a plus. Free chips which Qdoba has the balls to charge for. The 'salsa bar' is pretty disappointing. Most of the sauces just taste strange. The 'insanely hot' one isn't. If you want hot, ask your burrito maker to dump on a huge helping of Moe's Hard Sauce in your burriot.

Really good stuff. Always great service. Had forgotten all about this place since they closed the one I always went to in AZ. Good to see some variety here. Qdoba is always so bland. Tasty free chips here and you can get anything you order topped with fresh jalapeños. Fantastic. Taco salad is excellent with a choice of any of their meats. Homewrecker burrito also tasty. They've mastered tomatillo salsa of which there's three on the salsa bar. This place is always clean and the service is always top-notch.

I really don't know what to say.. I wish that I could like it more but It had more hype then It really was worth. I was greeted by their Signature "Welcome to Moe's" by some of the employees. I ordered the Billy Barou Nachos with Steak. Really not sure of what to expect I got a few black beans and a just a small amount of Rice. I added, Black olives, Cilantro, and shredded cheese. I was confused when asked if I wanted to add the queso sauce to my nachos. Then to my dismay I only received less then a 1/2 filled ladle of the Queso that was scraped from the bottom of the container. The chips really did not have any signature taste to them ( I would have liked maybe a little salt on them). The Salsa Bar that is the true star. I tried 2 of the salsa and both were really fresh and really good but they did need a little more heat in them for my taste. I will go back and try them again and I hope I can give it more then 3 stars.

Consistently excellent food quality and uber-friendly and responsive staff! I was in town for business for two months, ate here nearly every night and enjoyed every meal. Got to know the staff--Manager Zach Blackwood, Jared, Tish, Sandra, Laura, Michael, Anthony, and Brooke--very well, and they're all dynamite. Would go out of my way to stop here if I'm in the area again!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
